Hi to everyone and those that managed to still be with there partners/ husbands etc at this stressful time.  Apparently there are more divorces and split ups after Christmas then at any other time.  Hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year and I wish you all the best for 2009 and the bad news another year older and lets hope wiser.

I notice the Valentines cards are in the shops before we have shed are excess weight from Christmas, it will be Valentines Chocolates and the the dreaded Easter Eggs filled with chocolates.

I myself put on 4lbs so today I hit the gym so when the new collection at Fabulously Feminine for 2009 arrives on the 15th February I will be able to look good in the basques and not the pyjamas and nighties plus slippers that I received for Christmas (thank you Santa). Body pump, Aerobics and step here I come with Slimfast for breakfast and lunch aint life grand!!!
