Latest Designs
The latest five designs from our catalogue, full details in our portfolio section
Transparancy posted: 22 10 08
We have been having fun with the alpha transparency property of images recently in our last few sites (all in XHTML). As all the modern browsers support this function we have been investigating the effects possible by using .png files and their alpha channels (creating transparent elements) while retaining compliant and accessible coding for our sites.
Hopefully you can see that this allows for more interesting effects in XHTML sites than was possible in the previous generation of browsers, especially Internet Explorer 6. We will be doing more of this look in the next couple of months as we develop it, and experimenting to create more unique designs for our clients so either keep checking or contact us now for your own unique site.

Just to see what the results are…
So, we need to include this code Technorati Profile

Thank you to the person who chose to e-mail us re our XHTML and CSS buttons, pointing out that some pages on our site did not validate..
We hold our hands up, they did not, and some still do not due to Ajax scripts throwing up some unrecognised names, but to achieve the functionality of for example the photography section, some leeway is needed. In other cases we had added script declarations without revalidating, or forgot to close a tag, our error.
The main pages have now been checked, as has the CSS and unless we are having to use some trickery for old versions of Internet explorer or old Mozilla browsers all should now be OK.

Happy new year to one and all, and once again thank you all for your support which continues to make 69Design the largest commercial provider of websites to the UK escort industry.
Having suffered and still suffering from the dreaded flu virus I have been laid up all over Christmas but we should be back into productivity January 2nd. We have also moved the studio over to the primary use of Apple machines rather than our previous Windows focus.
The Apple argument with the launch of the Leopard operating system and the inherent instability on Windows Vista (and its flaky reaction with key industry programmes we rely on) made the choice for us. So I am now sitting here typing this on a shiny new Quad core MacPro.
Happy New year!
Imitation is etc etc posted: 17 11 07
Well a big hello to http://www.escortsolutions.co.uk/ who seem to think it is fine to lift the stylesheet from our template sites, not that they have a clue how to use it which I guess does say it all..
Yesterday we received one of the many spam mails about links and followed some of the sites back.. http://sexymandisa.co.uk/ and http://msbeatrice.co.uk/ both have a link to a stylesheets (including a useless, to them, one for our links) stolen off our servers but is patently obvious they do not know how to use them, so if you can not do, steal from those that do, seems to be the ethos with that company.
My question in these cases is as always if they can not come up with original thought how can they can up with an original design? Oh well cest la vie… we are well used to it.
